Exchanges & Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at 1-888-252-LAZY within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to return or exchange your purchase. We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am - 5:00pm EST.
During this phone call we will issue a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) for your return. Please put the RMA # on the outside of the shipped package preferably in two locations on the package. Any package returned without an RMA number will not be accepted or credited. Please include a copy of the original receipt inside the package.

In order to receive a refund, please make note of the following conditions:
- A refund will only be given when received back in its original / new condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
- A refund will be given for any item that has remained unopened in its original packaging.
- A refund will be given for any item that is defective or damaged.
- A refund will not be given should a product show clear evidence of use.
Freight must be pre-paid to our return destination; we will not accept COD shipments. We recommend you use UPS or USPS that provides a tracking method for your shipment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to any return that is not an error of Island Hammocks. We will refund to the original purchaser, less a 15% restocking fee for items if returned with the original box, packaging, documentation, and accessories, within 14 days of receipt of the original shipment.
We will notify you via email or a phone call of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receipt of the product in the same form accepted for payment.
