We believe in neighborly customer service and offer you the following guarantee for products purchased through our retail shop or website. Within one year from the date of your original purchase, we warranty against manufacturer's defects in workmanship or material (not including damage due to abuse or severe weather-related incidents). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product within the first 30 days of purchase, contact us by phone or email and receive a Return Materials Authorization number with instructions for the exchange.
